The method, as developed by Dan Harden, is built on ancient traditions from China, Japan and India. The method includes solo stationary training, slow movement drills, paired stress training, management of force under stress and, eventually, free martial movement.
Read more about the method on Dan Harden's website.
Dan also teaches yoga, in a seminar where he goes to the roots of yoga, to the original asanas and how they were supposed to be performed and how yoga training was really supposed to build inner strength. The seminar will go deeply into the asana practice and pranayama.
